Bellissimo! This new Dooney & Bourke collection featuring Mickey and Minnie in Italy is a must-have. Our Disney Fashion Blogger was on the scene yesterday for the release and managed to capture exclusive photos of these beautiful new handbags.
Dooney & Bourke Italy Collection
Aren’t they beautiful? These brand new handbags are the perfect celebration of both Italy and Disney. The bags come in three signature styles: tote, satchel, and crossbody.
Each bag features the same charming pattern. They are black with bright red trim and gold tone hardware. The graphics in this collection have a rustic sketched look, perfect for an Italian-themed bag!
Italian icons and phrases such as “CAPPUCCINO”, “BUON GIORNO”, and gelato are scattered throughout the bag.
At quick glance, we can also spot items such as a scooter, an outline of Italy, various pasta shapes, and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
Let’s not forget that this is indeed a Disney Dooney & Bourke collection, so of course there are some hidden Mickey & Minnie icons thrown in there. The two lovebirds can be seen sharing a cup of cappuccino, riding in a gondola, and whizzing by on a moped.
How to Purchase
We spotted these darling new handbags at La Gemma Elegante in EPCOT’s Italy pavilion. The tote retails for $298, the satchel is $268, and the crossbody bag is available for $198. Unfortunately, the Dooney & Bourke Italy collection is not available on shopDisney at this time.
