All New Italian Mickey Ornament and Chef Mickey in the World Showcase!
We were strolling through the World Showcase today when we spotted this all new Italian Mickey ornament. We’re always a sucker for Disney Christmas decorations, and this ornament is a must have!
This sweet ornament features Mickey appearing as a gondolier. His gray gondola is bobbing along blue waves and on the side says “LA VITA E BELLA” which translates to “Life is Beautiful.” Mickey appears with his gondolier’s hat in his hand and is dressed in a black and white striped shirt and red pants. He has several green and yellow wrapped Christmas presents in the bottom of his gondola.
The back of the gondola has the word “Italia” which means “Italy.” We love all the details on this ornament – the distressing of the boat and the waves are beautiful. Did you notice the hidden Mickey on the end of the gondola? This ornament is hand painted and would be a truly special way to remember your trip around the World Showcase.

We also want to share this plush Italian Chef Mickey! Our pal appears here in a white chef jacket with red cuffs, buttons and a red scarf with green pants. He is wearing a chef hat with an Italian accent.
Mickey is holding a pepperoni pizza which has a hidden Mickey! But our very favorite part of this plush is his black mustache! It’s no secret that we are big Mickey lovers and this plush really captures his playful spirit!
