New Adaptive Costumes and Covers Available for Wheelchairs on ShopDisney

There’s something special about the new collection of adaptive Halloween costumes ShopDisney has released.

Not only have they released two new wheelchair covers/costumes, but they also have costumes designed specifically for kids that coordinate with the wheelchair covers! The costumes have features that special needs parent will find super helpful in getting their little one dressed and ready for Halloween!

Cinderella

There is a Cinderella option for your little princess, which includes a carriage wheelchair cover ($49.99):

This wheelchair cover appears to fit both smaller and larger wheelchairs, so adults and bigger kids can join in on the fun too!

And also a beautiful “adaptive” Cinderella dress ($49.99) for kids with special needs, with the following specs from ShopDisney:

Cinderella’s arrival will grace any royal ball in this elegant adaptive costume, which features an opening at the back and a discreet flap in the front center for easy tube access. The Incredibles

For the little Super Hero in your life, there is also an Incredibles themed Wheelchair cover ($49.99):

This wheelchair cover appears to fit both smaller and larger wheelchairs, so adults and bigger kids can join in on the fun too!

Plus, there is a coordinating adaptive Incredibles costume for kids ($49.99), with the following specs from ShopDisney:

Your young super will love donning this Incredibles costume and transforming into a member of the Parr family (works for Dash or Violet). Inspired by Incredibles 2, the four-piece outfit includes a stretchy bodysuit with an opening at back and a discreet front opening with a flap, plus mask and gloves to complete the look.

There is also an option for a Buzz Lightyear adaptive kids’ costume for kids ($49.99), though there doesn’t appear to be a wheelchair cover to accompany this costume like the other two options above.
